On the machine you are trying to start zimbra on
su zimbra
zmlocalconfig -e ldap_starttls_required=false
zmlocalconfig -e ldap_starttls_supported=0
then start zimbra
After that – go look at all your certs on all the zimbra servers because you have something you need to fix.
